First, the basic performance

The evaluation of the basic properties of the coating mainly includes four aspects: before use, at the time of film formation, after film formation, and after aging. Among them, there is no significant difference between the products in the container, the low temperature stability, and the temperature resistance of the coating. They all meet the relevant requirements in the GB/T9755-2001 standard. They are not described in detail here, and the other projects are analyzed. Description.

1, film formation performance

(1) Appearance of coating film: Since the construction process of glass coating is different from that of architectural coating, the wire bar sample is changed to spray or applicator to prepare the film to ensure the uniformity of the film. By using 8 applicators for sample preparation, the samples of the other 6 manufacturers all showed different degrees of film unevenness due to cohesion of the coating, and the unevenness disappeared after spraying. Zhisheng brand ZS-311 products have no pinholes, sag, fish eyes, cohesion, etc., and the coating is even and beautiful.

(2) Drying time: For glass coatings, the shorter the drying time, the less likely the coated glass will be subjected to secondary pollution of dust in the air. Therefore, the drying time should not be too long. Through experiments, it is found that among the 8 products, Zhisheng ZS-311 has a dry time of 5 minutes, and the other 6 manufacturers' products are 10 minutes faster and 53 minutes slower, showing faster drying characteristics.

2, film formation performance

The post-filming performance test is mainly based on the material's own characteristics and the influencing factors in the application, mainly related to four aspects of water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hardness and adhesion.

(1) Most of the products in the hardness test of the pencil reached the H level or higher. Among them, Zhisheng brand ZS-311 product hardness is 2H, and the other 7 manufacturers' products also reach HB, which is higher than the B grade requirement of HG/T3828 "Indoor Waterborne Wood Coatings".

(2) For the detection of acid and alkali resistance of coating film, most of the materials have good water resistance and weak alkali resistance, and there is no membranous morbidity such as air bubbles, powder drop, and obvious discoloration. However, if you use 1mol/L sodium hydroxide or 1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for 1d as required in JC846, except for Zhisheng ZS-311, the products of other 6 manufacturers will have different degrees of foaming and wrinkling. , shedding and other phenomena.

(3) Adhesion reflects the degree of firmness of bonding between the coating film and the glass substrate. Among the 8 products examined, the adhesion of Zhisheng Weihua's waterborne and solvent-based coatings is 0; among the other 6 products, 1 is 0, 3 is 1 and 1 is 2, adhesion performance Good, only one sample was grade 5 before the primer was applied, but after the primer was applied, the improvement was improved to level 0.

(4) Performance after UV aging Glass insulation coatings are used for sunlight exposure in the past year. Therefore, in order to indirectly reflect the application life of the materials, eight products were subjected to ultraviolet aging. The test used Q-UV ultraviolet aging instrument to irradiate the sample for 240 hours under the light intensity of 0.68W/m2 in the 340nm band. After irradiation, there was no phenomenon of powdering and falling off, and 1mm cross-cutting method. The degree of damage of adhesion is 0.

Second, optical performance

The optical performance test mainly includes five aspects of detecting the visible light transmittance, the total solar transmittance, the shielding coefficient, the ultraviolet transmittance, and the hemispherical emissivity of the sample. In addition, it is also considered whether there is a significant loss of insulation effect after aging of the product, so the visible light transmittance and the shielding factor should be re-measured after UV aging. This test was carried out in accordance with the test method described in GB/T 2680-94.

The optical performance test results are summarized as follows: According to the test results, the visible light transmittance of each glass thermal insulation coating after film formation is high, concentrated in 60% to 80%, of which Zhisheng Weihua's ZS-311 is higher, up to 81.37. After the product has been irradiated by Q-UV UV aging instrument with a light intensity of 0.68W/m2 in the 340nm band for 240h, the water-based and solvent-based products of Zhisheng Weihua's ZS-311 have not changed. The other 6 manufacturers have The visible light transmission rate of the products of the two manufacturers was slightly reduced, and the shielding coefficient was also slightly reduced, maintaining good energy saving effect. In addition, some products have a good barrier effect on ultraviolet light, and the ZS-311 and other two manufacturers have a UV transmittance of almost zero.

Combining the above two aspects of performance testing, in terms of basic performance, ZS-311 glass thermal insulation coating is more resistant to strong acid and alkali, and other properties are slightly better or equivalent. In terms of optical properties, ZS-311 is more prominent in the shielding factor and ultraviolet transmittance, visible light transmittance, hemispherical emissivity and post-aging performance changes are comparable or slightly higher than other manufacturers.

Thanks to its excellent performance in all aspects, Zhisheng Weihua ZS-311 glass heat-insulating coating is easy to construct, has a wide application range and long service life. It not only has good light transmission, but also can effectively isolate solar heat radiation.
