Limi Yamamoto, and aka Limi Feu, are in a unique position. Like the designer's epigenetic life, closely following his father's footsteps can no longer find the second example. But if Limi's design influenced Yohji's design, this is an example of the new attitude of Japanese designers.
In fact, as a child of the post-World War II generation of children, Limi is proud to use a group of individual Japanese girls to show her clothes instead of using a team of blond Eastern European models. Asymmetry, hermaphroditism, Edward VII, and so on, all the fields have been played to the extreme by Yohji and other designers, but here Limi gives them some girlish flavor. Therefore, the black micro-knitted knit, or the white knit tunic gown with white mohair boots appeared.
Limi looks at Yohji's daughter in monochrome and pure black cropping. But she also showed interest in symmetrical bubble skirts and princess suits. Perhaps this serious and playful dichotomy is a by-product of the cultural life of the former King Island.
