A bad flower print
Burnt-out printing is the use of a variety of fibers of different acid resistance, printed on the blended fabric containing acidic medium color paste, so that the pattern of acid-resistant fibers of the site of hydrolysis, after washing on the fabric to form a hollow mesh pattern effect.
Burnt fabrics are common burnt polyester/cotton fabrics. Cotton blended yarn is interwoven with the fabric covering yarn, covering yarn of polyester filaments commonly used core, overcladding cotton fibers. By printing acid, drying, baking or steaming, the cotton fiber is hydrolyzed and carbonized by acid, and the polyester is not damaged. After loose washing, polyester is left at the printing area to form a translucent pattern fabric.
Second printing seersucker
The printed seersucker is printed by a method that utilizes a chemical agent that shrinks the fibers, shrinks the fabric at the print, shrinks and foams the fabric at the no-texture, and forms a regular pattern of irregularities.
Three foam printing
Foam printing is the mixing of thermoplastic resin and foaming agent. After printing, high-temperature treatment is used to decompose the foaming agent to generate a large amount of gas, expand the printing paste, produce a three-dimensional pattern effect, and fix the coating with a resin to obtain a variety of Color.
Four glue printing
Paste printing is often used on knitted fabrics, especially children's clothing. Partially printed glossy or elastic animals or cartoon characters can get realistic patterns.
The paste printing paste is divided into two categories: general glue and elastic glue. Each class is divided into white glue and colored glue.
The process of glue printing is: direct printing → drying → baking → calendering.
Five gold powder printing
Gold powder printing is the preparation of copper-zinc alloy and paint printing adhesive paste, printed on the fabric. In order to reduce the oxidation rate of gold powder in the air, antioxidants should be added to prevent the formation of oxides on the surface of the gold powder and make the color light dark or tarnished. Commonly used antioxidants include methylamino powder (trade name Mitol), benzotriazole, etc., and penetrant NNO as a diffusion agent, which helps to increase the brightness of patterns after printing and improve the effect of imitation gold.
Gold powder printing process is:
Printing → Drying → Baking (130°C, 3min or 180°C, 1min) → Stretching → Calendering → Finished products
