June 2012 China Haining Leather Week Price Index Count

According to the “China Haining Leather Index” information system monitoring, the total price index for the second week of June 2012 closed at 111.78 points, up 3.54 points month on month, a month-on-month increase of 3.27%, a year-on-year increase of 11.06 points, and a year-on-year increase of 10.98%. The index rose slightly.

Among them, the weekly price index for apparels closed at 112.70 points, up 4.11 points month-on-month and 3.78% sequentially. Leather clothing closed at 115.69 points, up 0.06 points from the previous quarter and up 0.06% from the previous quarter. Fur clothing closed at 105.68 points, up 13.62 points month-on-month, or 14.80% year-on-year. The current price index of clothing increased slightly from the previous period. The weekly price index for apparels closed at 102.77 points, a decrease of 2.54 points month-on-month and 2.41% year-on-year.

The weekly price index for leather goods for suitcases closed at 110.12 points, up 1.48 points or 1.36% from the previous quarter. The weekly footwear price index closed at 102.11 points, up 7.18 points or 7.57% from the previous quarter. The raw materials index closed at 107.39 with no significant gains and losses. The weekly price index of other categories (including bedding, vehicle supplies, and handicrafts) closed at 112.13 points, a decrease of 5.19%, or a decrease of 4.08%.

In general, the weekly price index rose slightly, and the ratio of ups and downs in the six major categories was 3:2:1.
