In the past decade, the textile industry has used fabrics as a breakthrough point, applied high technology and advanced and applicable technologies to transform traditional industries, and achieved good results, which has effectively promoted the technological progress and industrial level of the textile industry. However, as the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, competition in the textile industry is also aggravating. China's textile industry must maintain its advantages in a more intense competitive environment. It cannot stop at the advantages of labor costs and textile products. The key is to further Improve the level of textile technology, rely on technological innovation to increase the technological content and added value of products, all-round increase China's textile industry in the international competitiveness.
To this end, we organized professional associations and experts to analyze the status quo and existing problems in the industry, and put forward 25 key technologies in the four areas that are currently urgently needed to be solved in the textile industry. The resolution of these key technologies will be greatly promoted. Technical progress and development in the industry.
New textile materials and advanced processing technologies and new materials are one of the important high technologies of today. The application of new textile materials has not only brought about tremendous changes in people's lives, but also promoted the rapid development of social economy. The development of new international textile materials is mainly focused on the research and development of high-performance fibers, functional fibers, new fibers and new materials that meet the requirements of sustainable development.
High-performance fiber has high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and fire resistance, and is widely used in transportation, water conservancy, military, health, construction, communications, environmental protection and other fields.
Functional fibers are antistatic, flame-retardant, highly hygroscopic, anti-bacterial, odor-resistant and UV-resistant. They are the basis for the production of high value-added, high-grade textiles.
The production of conventional chemical fiber products is oriented towards high-capacity, high-efficiency, high-speed, continuous, and network-based information monitoring to achieve high-efficiency and low-cost production.
Industrial fibers will become important raw materials for manufacturing in the future. Industrial fibers are now widely used as a substitute for metals, plastics, paper and asbestos. With the development trend of lightweight, high performance, diversification and aesthetic appearance of industrial materials, the use of industrial fibers has become increasingly widespread, and the market demand has been continuously expanding, such as industrial fibers in the United States, Japan, the European Union and other countries. The proportion of the entire fiber production sector has reached 2/3. In the next 10 years, the use of industrial fibers and market trade in China will increase by more than 10% each year.
Specifically, we must develop and study the following 10 key technologies:
1. Carbon fiber, aramid fiber, aryl sulfone, a new generation of ultra-high-strength high-modulus polyethylene, and vinylon fiber industrialization The R&D of several fibers, such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber, have already been industrialized in developed countries, but China is still in a small-scale, pilot-scale stage. Industrial development and application. The aryl sulfone that has a certain development base in China should be increased in investment and development to form an industrialized production line with an annual output of 500 tons. Pre-research should be conducted on fibers such as polybenzobisoxazole (PBO) with particularly excellent performance and wide application, and a good technical reserve should be made. At the same time, it is necessary to deepen research on the application technologies of the new generation of super high-strength and high-membrane polyethylene and K-series vinylon that are already based in China, and to increase the product level and achieve industrial upgrading.
2. Industrialization of new polyester diversification technology varieties such as PTT, PEN, and CO-PET has entered the new century. The world's polyester new technology has developed rapidly. The industrialization of multi-variety new technology varieties represented by PTT is represented by PTT. Development has also made significant progress. PTT (polytrimethylene terephthalate) dyeing, elasticity, crisp, dry, easy processing, strong stain resistance, both polyester, nylon and some spandex fiber performance characteristics, not only for fabrics, carpets, non-woven fabrics Such as, can also be used for films, plastics and other new resin materials, the development prospect is broad; PEN (polycaric acid polyethylene glycol) transparency, good barrier properties, conducive to the development of polyester in beer bottles and other high-performance non-fiber fields; CO-PET is mainly used for the production of sea-island fibers, and is a key species that needs to be given priority in development in modified PET.
3. Biodegradable PLA (polylactic acid fiber) and Lyocell (new solvent cellulose fiber) industrialization R&D LA is a type of biodegradable polymer that is based on natural biological resources such as corn starch. The new fiber materials that have been successfully developed with raw materials have the advantages of brilliant luster, comfort, durability, smoothness, and quick drying. In particular, its superior biodegradability and applicability have attracted world attention. The United States, Europe, Japan, and Taiwan are all In full energy industrialization research. Loycell is a new-generation cellulose fiber produced using a novel solvent and non-toxic process. It also has the performance of fiber and synthetic fiber. There have been many achievements in product application and development in China, but there is an urgent need for development in the large-scale production of fiber industry.
4. Soybean protein serialized fiber and product development technology Soybean protein fiber is a plant protein modified fiber that has been independently developed by China and has been successfully tested industrially for the first time in the world. The fiber not only has moderate strength, small specific gravity, soft hand feeling, soft luster, good moisture absorption and moisture transmission performance, good skin-friendly property, obvious antibacterial function, and satisfies comfort and health requirements. At present, a 10,000-ton soybean protein fiber processing production line has been built in China. It is necessary to further develop soybean protein fiber series products to increase the level of automatic control of equipment. At the same time, we must systematically study the key technologies for spinning, weaving, and dyeing and finishing of soybean protein fiber. The development of various fabrics such as pure spinning, blending, and interweaving will enable the industrialization of soybean protein fiber products to enter a new stage.
